What we make
Two things that share one tax engine. The stub maker turns your pay into a finished stub with federal, state, Social Security and Medicare withholding and year-to-date totals, one stub at a time or as a set with running YTD. The paycheck calculators show take-home pay for one check before you spend anything, and they are free with no email needed.

Who it is for
People paid, or paying, outside a big payroll system: hourly and salaried workers who need a clear record, small employers and household employers, app and gig drivers, and freelancers who pay themselves a draw. Each has a guide that explains what a reader of their stub checks, from renting to a mortgage or 1099 work.
How our figures are sourced
Tax rules come from the agencies that publish them: IRS Publication 15-T for federal withholding, IRS Topic 751 and the Social Security Administration for Social Security and Medicare, and each state's own withholding method. Our guides link to the official source for each rule, such as the IRS, the Department of Labor, the CFPB and Fannie Mae, and the method page and our policies show the date they were last reviewed. The method page shows the whole calculation with a worked example.
What we don't do
We are not a payroll company, an employer, a bank or a tax adviser. We don't pay wages, file anything with a government agency or verify anyone's employment. A stub shows exactly what you enter, so use your real pay details. Calculator results are estimates.
Prices and payment
One price per stub: $3.49 for one, and $2.99 per stub from three stubs up. Every design costs the same and nothing renews. Full details are on the pricing page. Payments run through PayPal, so we never see or store card or bank details.
Your details
We use what you type to build and deliver your PDF, keep it in your account for later downloads, and answer support requests. We do not sell personal information. The privacy policy lists who else sees it and why.
