How to reach us
Write to support@paystubs349.com. There is no phone line and no contact form: email lets us look up your order and reply with the exact steps or file you need.
Please write from the email address you used at checkout. Your account and your orders are linked to that address, so it is the quickest way for us to confirm that the order is yours.
What to include in your email
A complete first message means we can usually solve it in one reply. Include:
- The email address you used at checkout, if you are writing from another one.
- Your PayPal order ID or transaction ID, if you have it (it is in PayPal's receipt email).
- What you were trying to do: download, sign in, pay or correct a stub.
- For a correction: the stub's pay date and the line that is wrong, with the right value.
- For a payment problem: the date and the amount PayPal charged.
Fix it yourself first
Lost the email with your PDF? Sign in to My Account with a one-time code sent to your checkout email and download your stubs again (kept for 1 year).
Can't find the code? Check your spam or promotions folder before asking for a new one on the sign-in page.
Looking for the charge on your statement? It shows as PAYSTUBS349, usually after "PAYPAL *".
What support can and can't help with
We can resend files, fix a correction on an order, explain how a tax line was worked out and look into a payment. We can't give tax or legal advice, confirm anyone's employment, or change a stub to show pay that did not happen.
