What we provide
PayStubs349 is an online tool. You type in pay details, we work out the figures you ask for, and we turn them into a PDF pay stub. We are not your employer, a payroll provider, a bank or a tax adviser, and we do not file anything with any government agency.
Your details and how you use the stubs
Use your real pay details. You are responsible for every name, number and date you enter, and for checking the preview before you pay.
You may not use PayStubs349 to deceive anyone, to misstate income, or for any purpose that breaks the law. We may refuse or cancel an order that we believe breaks these terms.
Tax estimates
Automatic tax figures are estimates based on the information you give and published tax tables. They can differ from what an employer actually withholds. Check them, or type your own, before you buy.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay and are charged through PayPal. The amount PayPal shows is the amount you pay. The charge appears on your statement as PAYSTUBS349, usually after "PAYPAL *".
Your PDF downloads after payment and a copy is emailed to the address you enter. Your account is created from that email address; you sign in with a one-time code sent to it.
Limits
PayStubs349 is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
