Paying and refunds
Checkout runs through PayPal in US dollars. We never see or store card or bank details. The charge shows on your statement as PAYSTUBS349, usually after "PAYPAL *".
Charged and no PDF, charged twice, or a fault on our side? Those are refunded under the refund policy. Because you see the full preview before paying, a typing mistake is fixed as a correction rather than refunded.
