Ordering
How does an order work from start to finish?
Choose a design, type the employer, the worker and the pay, and watch the preview fill in. When every line is right, check out with PayPal. The PDF downloads straight away and a copy goes to your email.
Can I order stubs for more than one worker?
Yes. Each order is for one worker, so an employer with three employees places three orders. Inside one order you can make up to 12 stubs for that worker, each with its own pay date.
Can I come back later and finish a stub?
The builder remembers your form in this browser while you work. Once you have paid, your stubs stay in My Account, where you sign in with a one-time code sent to your checkout email.
Which design should I pick?
The one that reads best to you. Every design costs the same and holds the same lines, and you can switch designs in the builder without retyping anything.
Prices and add-ons
What will I pay in total?
$3.49 for one stub, $6.49 for two, then $2.99 per stub from three stubs. Optional add-ons are the only extras, and the checkout shows the full total before you pay. Nothing renews.
What are the add-ons, and do I need them?
Most people don't. A stub without add-ons already has worked-out taxes, overtime and current-year YTD. Add one only if you need it: extra earnings & deduction lines ($1.00/stub), tax & W-4 withholding edits ($1.00/stub), time-off (PTO) lines ($1.00/stub) and deposit slip ($1.00/stub). All 4 together cost $1.49 for 1 stub, $2.99 for 2, $0.99 each from 3.
Is the deposit slip ever free?
Yes. It is $1.00/stub on smaller orders and free once the order has 3 stubs or more.
Is there a free pay stub?
No, but you see the whole stub before you pay, and the paycheck calculators are free with no email asked.
How can I pay?
Through PayPal checkout, in US dollars. PayPal handles the payment, so we never see your card or bank details.
Delivery and downloads
How do I get my stubs after paying?
The PDF downloads in your browser as soon as PayPal confirms the payment, and the same file is emailed to the address you entered at checkout.
The email never arrived. What now?
Look in spam and promotions first. If it isn't there, sign in to My Account with a one-time code and download the stubs again. Still stuck? Email support@paystubs349.com with your PayPal order ID.
What file do I get?
A PDF, ready to print on plain paper or attach to an email as it is.
Corrections and refunds
I typed something wrong. Can it be fixed?
Yes, corrections are part of the stub price. Email support@paystubs349.com from your checkout email with the order ID, the stub's pay date, the wrong line and the right value.
When do you give a refund?
When you were charged but did not receive your PDF and we cannot deliver it, you were charged twice for the same order or a fault on our side made the PDF differ from the preview you approved.
When is an order not refunded?
A typing mistake in the details you entered, a change of mind after delivery, or a stub you no longer need. Write to us first: we will help where we can.
How do I ask for a refund?
Email support@paystubs349.com with the email address you used and your PayPal order ID. Approved refunds go back through PayPal to the original payment method.
Your data
What do you keep from my order?
What you typed into the builder, your email address, and the order record from PayPal (order ID, status and amount). We use it to make and deliver the PDF, let you download it again, and answer support. We don't sell it.
Can I see or correct what you hold about me?
Yes. Write to support@paystubs349.com from the email on your account and ask.
Lawful use
Who should use PayStubs349?
People recording pay that really happened: small and household employers giving staff a pay record, and workers or freelancers putting their own real earnings on paper. Our terms ask everyone to use real details.
Is it a crime to use a fake pay stub for a loan?
It can be. Federal law makes a knowingly false statement to influence a federally insured bank, credit union or mortgage lender a crime, and a made-up pay stub handed to one of them can be exactly that. That is why every stub here shows only what you enter. Source: 18 U.S.C. § 1014 (US Code).
Does PayStubs349 check or verify anyone's income?
No. We are not an employer, a payroll company or a verification service. A landlord or lender who wants proof usually checks the stub against bank deposits or contacts the employer.
What pay records must an employer keep?
Under federal wage law, employers keep records such as hours worked each day and week, the pay rate, total wages, deductions and the pay date. States can add their own pay statement rules, so check with your state labor office. Source: DOL Fact Sheet #21, Recordkeeping.
